Giuseppina Vullo
Born in Erice in 1979, Giuseppina Vullo lived in Trapani until 1997, when she enrolled at the Tuscia University of Viterbo. In 2002 she graduated with highest marks in Library Science with a thesis on Niccolò Puccini’s old private library, after a traineeship at Forteguerriana Library in Pistoia.
In 2003 she moved to Florence for an annual stage at the EUI Library and continued her work experiences for Reti Medievali and at the University of Florence Social Sciences Library. In 2005 she received with highest marks her Master’s degree in Multimedia Documentation Management at the Tuscia University of Viterbo.
After a traineeship at CERN Library, she is working at the USI Library in Lugano, where she currently resides. Since the beginning of 2006 she is enrolled as a Phd student in Bibliographic Sciences at the University of Udine under Prof. Giovanni Solimine’s supervision. She speaks English and French and plays piano.
